Faculty Need to Consider Change

Some faculty are resistant to teaching online.   Face-to -face has worked well for them and why change. Much of this has to do with being able to adapt and grow within the teaching and learning environment. This article explores why faculty might resist change and how they might need to rethink their perspectives. It could be about job security.
